At M&A ATELIER, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

  • After verification, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items damaged after use will not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (if you want to include this).

  • Customized or altered pieces (if applicable).
